The Romanian-American Network Inc. is an independent not-for-profit organization incorporated in the state of Illinois,
initially established as Center Focus Publishing in August of 1995.

This corporation is organized to conduct activities for the following purposes:
creating and implementing cultural, educational, economical, civil and social networking
among and between Romanians and Americans as well as Romanian-Americans,
while attempting to also provide charitable and benevolent programs.

Romanian-American Network Inc. was founded by Steven and Simona Bonica,
proud Americans of Romanian heritage. Both, Steven and Simona were born and raised in Romania,
and immigrated to United States in their teenage years with their parents as refugees.

Through the years significant assistance in the establishment and continuation of Ro-Am.Net
was received from Steven's sisters and other generous and dedicated Romanian-American professionals,
most of whom were clients and networking partners of the Ro-Am.Net
who used our services in their outreach and communications projects.
