In the Romanian tradition, "Sezatoarea" is a setting that is used for people to get together,
chat, eat, drink, sing and have fun. In the past, this was a village event in which families
would promise their daughters to families with young sons before they would even become teenagers.
The "sezatoare" is a special cultural place around religious holidays, such as Christmas and Easter.
